Rick, tell me how can you lose when you have all top trump?
Reply from Rick: I don't remember all the rules to Euchre Solitaire to be honest, but I think you may lose if you run out of cards in the deck.
Hope that helps,
Rick
Thank You Rick, I stand Corrected.
Reply from Rick: No problem. Sorry for the confusion :-)
Fix or remove, still Renigging.
Reply from Rick: I think there's some confusion. This is not Euchre, it's Euchre Solitaire. In Euchre Solitaire you're playing against the deck. It can't renig because you're not playing another player. It just deals the cards out until it either comes to trump or a card of the same suit.
Hope that clarifies,
Rick
RICK, I called Hearts trump. I had queen, jack, and nine of heart. I had king and nine of club. I lead out with the nine of club, it was trumped with a heart, the computer then came out with the ace of club. That my friend is e renig. I STILL WON.
Reply from Rick: That's strange. I'll definitely need to look into that.
Anyone else who has this happen, please post what was played. The more info I have to track this problem down, the better.
Thanks for letting me know, :-)
Rick
Also, the computer should be made to follow suit if it has it.
Reply from Rick: It is a solitaire card game, so the computer isn't really a player. All it does is deal cards until you get a card that is trump or of the same suit. That's just the way the game works.
Thanks for the suggestion,
Rick
When the computer cannot find a card and I hold the high hand in Euchre, then I should win, not the computer.
Reply from Rick: Sorry, just the rules of the game. I didn't invent it. If I do a version in the future, I can take your idea into consideration.
Thanks for playing,
Rick
Stop reneging.
Reply from Rick: I'm not sure I've ever seen that. Can you keep track of a hand where this happens and let me know what the sequence of cards was? That would be very helpful for tracking down a bug if there is one.
Thanks for your help,
Rick
